Imagine how much time and effort it can spare you, if you customers can select dates for appointments, depending on your availability calendar

Below is the working example of application, where guest can book and cancel appointment himself

Real life application uses backend script to store data. If your price-plan allows database, then mysql is an option, if not - then data can be written and modified in text file.

In this particular example, to avoid unnessesary use of database , I use session.setItem web api. All data saved in your brouser is deleted when you close it.

Calendar doesn't have extra input slots for customer contacts info, but this and other reasonabele interaction and feedback concept can be easily added, depending on demand.
